A proud holder of a U.S. Coast Guard captain's license with decades of local experience, he brings an unmatched knowledge of these waters — from the shallow backcountry flats to the deep blue Gulf Stream just miles offshore. Known for his patience, his humor, and his uncanny ability to find fish when no one else can, Captain Richard treats every guest like family and every trip like it's his own. The Boat

Safety Equipment

Dream Catcher II carries full commercial-grade safety equipment — EPIRBs, personal life jackets for all passengers, flares, fire extinguishers, VHF marine radio, and a fully stocked first aid kit. All gear is regularly inspected and fully compliant with Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) standards.
